Carmen Louise is the founder of Carmen Louise Self Defence and Empowerment (CLSDE) and works as a subcontractor with Proactivity as a wellbeing coordinator and team leader, delivering large-scale sporting and wellbeing incursions across schools.

Through working across a wide range of primary and secondary school environments, Carmen has developed a strong understanding of the patterns influencing student behaviour, particularly the role of dysregulation in learning and wellbeing. Her work focuses on equipping educators and students with simple, practical strategies that support emotional regulation, reduce escalation, and improve connection.

Known for her calm and grounded presence combined with a high-energy, engaging delivery, Carmen uses movement and play to create impactful experiences that translate directly into everyday classroom and school settings.
