Caitlin Fecondo is the HPE Domain Leader and a Leading Teacher for Community Engagement at St Helena Secondary College. She has extensive experience teaching VCE Health and Human Development and is passionate about helping students critically engage with concepts surrounding health and wellbeing, equity, and global development. Caitlin has built a strong reputation for creating engaging, inclusive, and student-centred learning environments that connect curriculum content to contemporary issues and real-world experiences.

Alongside her leadership roles within the school, Caitlin has contributed to the broader VCE community through her work as a VCAA assessor and presenter at multiple VCE Health and Human Development conferences throughout 2026. Her professional interests include youth leadership, gender equity, and empowering young people to become informed and compassionate global citizens.
