Glen is a highly experienced bowler with over 20 years in the sport, beginning at age 14 and progressing through junior pathways from club and school competitions to State Under 18 level. He later turned his passion for bowls into a career, now working as a Participation Coordinator at Bowls Victoria, where he delivers school programs and supports competitions across the state.

Glen has also played a key role in the Victorian Para-Bowls program, coaching athletes across a wide range of abilities and experience levels. His approach focuses on adapting coaching to suit each individual, enabling inclusive programs that cater to diverse groups while also supporting the development of other coaches.
