Bianca is the co-founder of the social enterprise The Big Sister Experience and a real-life big sister to the organisation's co-founder Kritz. After completing a Bachelor of Business and Masters in Teaching, and experiencing her own journey with anxiety and depression, Bianca found that Victorian schools were not well equipped to support student wellbeing. Bianca and Kritz founded BSE in 2019 to address this challenge and have since delivered workshops to over 25,000 young people, educators and families. Bianca's creative and empathetic approach has inspired countless young people, helping them develop self agency, adaptability and sisterhood to build empowered communities.
