Session Description

This session explores how Pickleball and Pop Tennis can be effectively embedded into secondary HPE to support active, inclusive learning. Participants will gain practical, curriculum-aligned activities ready for immediate use, designed to boost engagement, skill development and student confidence while strengthening social and emotional wellbeing. Grounded in a “movement for life” philosophy, the session emphasises play as a powerful driver of lifelong physical activity and connection.

Learning Outcomes

Educators will leave with adaptable games and assessment strategies to enhance participation, foster inclusion and promote enjoyable movement experiences within and beyond the classroom.
