An unofficial start is a facilitation strategy designed to engage participants from the moment they arrive. In this practical physical education session, participants will experience a range of unofficial start activities that can be easily adapted across different topics and year levels. The session will explore how these activities can create immediate engagement, establish positive learning environments, and maximise movement time from the beginning of a lesson.
