Coaching Athletics in Schools
Session Description
This session introduces the technical models of track and field events while developing key biomotor abilities. This includes understanding and applying running technique, introducing event-specific skills, and developing practical coaching capabilities such as planning and delivering parts of a training session. Participants will also focus on demonstrating and cueing basic drills, observing other during activity, and providing clear, effective feedback to support skill development and performance improvement.
