Madison Bick is a Policy Officer at Dementia Australia, where she works across national policy and advocacy initiatives relating to health, disability and aged care. She holds a Master of Public Health and has a particular interest in health promotion and translating evidence into policy to improve health outcomes.

Madison works closely with people living with dementia, carers, researchers, governments to inform submissions, consultations and advocacy on issues affecting people impacted by dementia.

She is passionate about evidence-informed policy, healthy ageing and creating systems that support people to live well across the life course.
