Euphemia Lambert is a PhD candidate in the Department of Marketing at Monash Business
School, currently in her third year. Her research examines how aged care reforms shape
frontline work, with a particular focus on the tension between person-centred care and
regulatory compliance. She brings over two decades of professional experience in the aged
care sector, working from 2003 to 2023 across roles focused on care quality and compliance.
She commenced her doctoral studies following this industry experience, which informs her
