Xiaoge Zheng is a PhD candidate in the Centre for Co-Created Ageing Research and Population Health at the University of Auckland. Her doctoral research explores the role of conversational AI in family care for older adults, with particular interests in how older adults and caregivers understand, negotiate, and set boundaries around AI-based support. Her work combines ageing research, qualitative inquiry, co-design, and human-centred approaches to digital health and care.
