Dr Georgina Chelberg is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Ageing Research and Translation, and Casual Academic in the Faculty of Health, University of Canberra. Georgina is leading a Dementia Australia Research Foundation project grant on the feasibility pilot of parkrun social prescriptions by health professionals for people with dementia. She is a co-investigator for the ‘SPICE program’ evaluation - a multicomponent rehabilitation program for people living with dementia and their care partners in the ACT. Georgina’s public health career has included academic and professional roles with Dementia Training Australia, Australian eHealth Research Centre (CSIRO), University of Queensland and Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC).
