Takashi Miyahira is a Professor in the Faculty of Education at Chikushi Jogakuen University in Fukuoka. To provide a brief background on my work: my primary fields of research are kinesiology and physical education. My daily responsibilities involve teaching sports didactics and gymnastics methodology to students who aspire to become teachers. It is my hope that they will, in turn, inspire a lifelong joy for physical activity in their future pupils.
