Magdalena Biadala-Sahingoez is the ICT Manager at Australian Multicultural Community Services, with over 15 years of leadership and project management experience. Having worked across telecommunications and finance sectors in Europe, she now applies her expertise to the not-for-profit home care sector, driving innovation and technology adoption.
Magdalena is committed to using technology and AI to make AMCS staff’s work more efficient and user-friendly, improving service quality and easing transitions for employees and clients.
In her nine years at AMCS, Magdalena has established the ICT department and led digital initiatives such as HRIS and payroll systems, SharePoint migration, and enhancements to client management and clinical care systems. These efforts have strengthened compliance and prepared AMCS for Aged Care reforms, while her recent focus on AI and Assistive Technology supports inclusive care and long-term sustainability.
