Jo Rayner is an Associate Professor and Principal Research Fellow at the Australian Centre for Evidence-Based Aged Care (ACEBAC), La Trobe University. Her expertise is in qualitative research, which she has undertaken for over 20 years. Her recent research has focused on the care of older people in residential aged care, the education needs of the aged-care workforce, particularly nurses, and the preparation of student nurses for the care of older people.
