I'm currently a PhD student with the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition, and Activity (ARENA), Allied Health and Human Performance at Adelaide University. My PhD research focuses on reducing the risk of dementia and working with local communities to implement prevention strategies for older adults living in rural Australia.
