Shanika Koreshi is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology and a member of the Health and Ageing Research Team in the School of Psychology at Massey University. Her research uses mixed methods to explore how older adults reconcile paid work with informal caregiving responsibilities. She completed her PhD at Massey University, which was awarded without emendations. Her doctoral thesis was titled Balancing Acts: Reconciling Paid Work and Caregiving among Older New Zealanders.
