Alison Doyle is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with experience working with older adults in clinical and community settings. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide within the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA). Her research focuses on 24-hour time-use behaviours in older adults, including physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep, and their associations with healthy ageing outcomes. Her work aims to identify evidence-based strategies to support older adults to engage in beneficial movement behaviours across the day. Through the integration of research and practice, Alison’s work seeks to inform the development of feasible and effective approaches to enhance function, independence, and quality of life.
