Donna Ireland brings over 16 years of experience supporting people living with dementia, spanning hands-on care through to senior leadership roles across both the disability and aged care sectors.

She is deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services that are shaped by the voices, needs, and lived experiences of those receiving care. Donna believes that meaningful support comes from truly listening, fostering connection, and creating environments where individuals feel valued, safe, and understood.

Throughout her career, Donna has been instrumental in leading and supporting change management initiatives, ensuring services remain responsive, sustainable, and aligned with best practice. Her approach combines compassion with strong leadership, enabling teams to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally enriching.

In her current role as Team Leader for Centre-Based Respite and Dementia Support Services, Donna oversees the delivery of engaging, inclusive programs that promote wellbeing, connection, and dignity for people living with dementia and their families. She is committed to empowering both staff and clients, creating spaces where quality of life is at the heart of everything.
