Caleb Rivers has Gooniyandi and Kija heritage from Halls Creek through his father, with Wongi and Yamatji descent from Wiluna on his mothers’ side. Caleb completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, majoring in Anatomy and Human Biology at the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2018. He is currently undertaking doctoral studies titled “Exploring older Aboriginal people’s quality of life through the application of the Good Spirit, Good Life framework”, as part of a broader project focussing on healthy Indigenous ageing with the Good Spirit, Good Life Centre for Research Excellence at UWA.
