Brooke Warner-Lee is the Multimorbidity Quality Improvement Strategy (MQIS) Project Lead within the Older Adult Mental Health Service (OAMHS) and a Senior Occupational Therapist. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has worked in the older adult mental health setting for the last 10 years. Brooke has most recently led the MQIS Project in OAMHS and supported the establishment of the Older Adult Liaison team—an exciting opportunity to enhance both the physical and mental health outcomes for older adults. She is passionate about improving service delivery, fostering collaboration, and driving initiatives that create meaningful change for consumers and clinicians alike. One of Brooke’s favourite aspects of her role is connecting with clinicians across the three Older Adult teams, sharing knowledge, and learning from their diverse experiences.
