Elahe Zare-Farashbandi is a PhD student at Deakin University. Adopting a multi-phase qualitative approach, her doctoral research focuses on understanding dementia literacy among older adults with mild cognitive impairment to improve their knowledge of dementia, enhance their health-related decision making and eventually, promote their quality of life.
