Julia is a registered osteopath with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has a keen interest in supporting patients with chronic health conditions. In addition, she was the first appointed early-career board director at Osteopathy Australia (2023–2025), contributing to the advancement of the profession.
Julia completed her osteopathy studies at Victoria University and began teaching in the College of Science, Health, and Engineering after earning her master’s degree. She has also attained a Graduate Certificate in Teaching Block Mode and is passionate about student engagement, fostering academic growth, and guiding students through their university journey. With a strong focus on first-year student success, Julia enjoys teaching anatomy and research skills.
