Nina Bala holds a Master of Science in Person Centred Dementia Care and has worked as a research assistant for over 3 years across three universities on projects focused on dementia, gerontology, aged care and health research. She has practical experience in the aged care sector through a previous role as a care worker with Warrigal and has published a research article on dementia in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities.
