Dr Pen (Wenpeng) You is a Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide. His research focuses on ageing, dementia, cognitive health, and health equity, with a particular interest in culturally and linguistically diverse older populations. He uses quantitative and psychometric methods in population health and aged care research and collaborates across nursing, public health, and clinical disciplines to improve outcomes for older people.
