Nath Williams is an APA Titled Gerontological Physiotherapist, PhD candidate and tutor at Monash University. His PhD research has focused on health benefits, harms, enablers and barriers of older adult volunteering. Enablers were then prioritised and considered to co-develop recommendations for organisations and volunteering groups to maximise older adult volunteer participation. He still works clinically, conducting home visits and clinical education at Seaford Healthy Futures Hub, educating students to provide Balance and Mobility, Telehealth and Floor Rise exercise and education to the community, as well as teaching undergraduate Physiotherapy at Monash University.
