Hien Thi Nguyen is Research Fellow at the ECU Social Ageing (SAGE) Futures Lab, School of Arts and Humanities, Edith Cowan University. She has 18 years of experience working as a social researcher and development practitioner in Vietnam and Australia. Her scholarship includes migration, ageing, diversity, gender, and development. Her current research questions focus on transnational grandparent migration and social care solutions, with a particular focus on social frailty prevention and reduction and promotion of successful ageing among culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities to promote their health outcomes and wellbeing.
