Rachel Bock is a Project Manager based in Longreach, Central West Queensland, leading Integrated Care and Commissioning initiatives across very remote communities. She specialises in place‑based, collaborative approaches to improving access to aged care, disability and veterans’ services in thin‑market environments.
Rachel chairs the Central West Queensland Interagency Network, supporting services to break down silos, share information and coordinate responses across sectors. She works closely with community members, government, councils and service providers to understand what is really happening on the ground, get to the root of issues, and co‑design practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions that reflect local context and lived experience.
Her work focuses on improving system navigation, strengthening workforce capability and translating community‑identified need into integrated, scalable reform, particularly for older people ageing in very remote areas.
