Dr Lyn Phillipson is Principal Researcher at Uniting NSW/ACT, where she leads applied research and evaluation strengthening care and support for older Australians. Lyn is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the UTS and the University of Wollongong. With a background in physiotherapy, public health and research, her work has focused on employing participatory and qualitative methods to strengthen social, physical, and service environments for an aging population. She has extensive experience translating evidence into practice across aged care, dementia friendly communities and health and social support systems.
