Eman is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, School of Pharmacy. Her research focuses on the implementation of pharmacogenomic testing in Australian residential aged care to support safer and more personalised medication use for older adults. Through direct collaboration with residents, nurses and pharmacists, Eman has gained practical, real‑world insight into service delivery and workforce considerations involved in introducing precision medicine into aged care settings.
