Alice is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Ageing Research and Translation. She obtained a Bachelor of Nutrition Sciences from Queensland University of Technology, and a Master of Dietetics Studies and Doctor of Philosophy from University of Queensland. Her work in the centre supports delivery and evaluation of projects in the innovative models of care research stream.

Alice's research explores approaches to improve the quality of food and nutrition services for older adults across care settings. Her current work is aiming to develop an evidence base to support meaningfully and consistently providing choice within mealtimes in residential aged care. She is passionate about using transformative and innovative approaches in food and nutrition care delivery across long-term care settings.
