Kristy Robson is a researcher at Charles Sturt University whose work focuses on healthy ageing, community-based supports, and improving the wellbeing of older people, particularly in regional and rural communities. She is the co-founder of the Wellness 2 Age program, a community-based initiative that supports older adults to maintain independence, build social connection, and enhance wellbeing through practical healthy ageing activities. Her research explores the design, implementation, and impact of programs that promote ageing well, as well as chronic disease models of care and rural workforce.
