Lysha Lee is a research assistant under the Wellbeing Clinic for Older Adults at Swinburne University. She is also a graduate researcher in Applied Health Services in Aging and Aged Care, supported by a joint scholarship from Deakin University and the National Ageing Research Institute. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology and applies a multidisciplinary lens to her work, with research interests spanning aged care, intergenerational practice, social connectedness, and mental health across the lifespan. Through her research and leadership, Lysha is committed to advancing community-oriented solutions that foster connection, resilience, and wellbeing at all stages of life.
