Dr Clune is a Senior Research Fellow with the Australian Institute for Primary Care & Ageing at La Trobe University, with a focus on evaluation of health and social care service design and implementation. Much of Dr Clune's work is in collaboration with health services or government departments, where the intent is to identify and facilitate high-quality care services as measured by quality indicators but grounded in the human experience.
