James is a healthcare executive with a passion for improving patient outcomes - over his career, James has made contributions across the world developing new and innovative value-based models of care.

James is currently the CEO of Geriatric Care Australia, the nation’s largest multidisciplinary group of aged care clinicians providing improved access to care for older adults. He leads efforts to enhance clinical outcomes for older, vulnerable populations through sustainable service models that integrate clinical education, research, and digital health solutions.

Outside of GCA, James contributes to aged care innovation through his leadership roles in national organisations:

- Aged Care Network Member, Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA):
- Board Director, Ageing With Grace Foundation

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering , an MBA , and a Lean Sigma Black Belt certification, he has also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Program on Value-Based Care.
