Dr Amelia Crabtree is a geriatrician and healthcare leader, and currently Director of Medical Services, Continuing Care at Epworth. Her work is focused on improving care for older people through integrated, research-active and technology-ready health systems. Across clinical leadership, service redesign, patient safety and quality improvement, Amelia has built a career at the intersection of patient experience, workforce culture and system performance.

Amelia has held senior roles with Safer Care Victoria and contributed to advancing age-friendly health systems in Victoria. Bringing a strategic and practical leadership lens, she is known for connecting vision with implementation and for championing humane, evidence-informed models of care that strengthen outcomes, staff experience, and system learning across hospital, rehabilitation, continuing care, and community-connected settings.
