Biography
Sean Bass is the Reliability Engineering Superintendent for Infrastructure & Services at BHP’s Iron Ore operations, supporting power, water, housing, villages, aerodromes, and warehousing assets across the Pilbara. Having worked at BHP for more than 12 years, he has held roles in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Business Improvement and, more recently, developing and deploying the BHP Operating System, making improvement part of what we do every day.
