Louise is a results-oriented business professional with 25+ years in the mining resource sector and public administration.

As a senior officer in Public Works Louise is focused on resolving the challenges associated with aligning leadership, organisational culture and internal operations to deliver strong customer focused results.

Prior to this Louise worked on resolving the challenges associated with aligning leadership, technology and the physical work environment to create innovative workplaces that empowers staff and delivers strong outcomes within the Queensland Government Accommodation Office (QGAO).

Louise's other experiences includes driving the program stakeholder engagement and communications spanning the public sector for the Procurement Transformation Divison, and operating as a change agent running a whole of Government category management implementation valued at around $25 million; and project managed a large and complex program of work in a commercial environment valued at $5 million. Louise has extensive experience in managing the business services of large complex educational facilities.
