His career has been dedicated to digitally transforming operations to enhance asset Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability, enabling organizations to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and sustainability. Ramakrishnan has led large-scale transformation projects that integrate enterprise operations, maintenance, and performance management solutions, aligning technology with business outcomes. His expertise spans Asset Performance Management (APM), data-driven decision-making, and IT/OT integration for asset-intensive environments. He is currently completing his Master’s degree in Asset Maintenance and Management, where his research focuses on the application of Artificial Intelligence and maturity modelling to advance sustainable asset management practices.
