Cas Van Rythoven is an experienced contract and operations leader with a background spanning over two decades in Defence, training systems, and organisational transformation. As Contract Manager in Serco’s Defence Training and Systems portfolio, Cas is responsible for managing Defence contracts that enable capability development and sustainment. A former Royal Australian Navy officer, Cas combines operational discipline with a strong focus on people, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
