She currently serves as Asset Management Lead at Service Stream, where she drives the organisation’s ISO 55001 certification journey and capability uplift initiatives across multiple contracts.
Before joining Service Stream, Su spent ten years with Metro Trains Melbourne, leading key asset and governance improvement programs including the Asset Management Excellence Program and the Asset Condition Assessment Program for the Department of Transport. Her experience spans asset lifecycle optimisation, digital transformation, and the integration of governance frameworks that bridge strategy and delivery.
