Md Tareq Rahman holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from RMIT University, Australia, a Master of Engineering in Civil (Transportation and Highways) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology, Bangladesh.
