An adept IT strategist and management consultant, Mr. Pesler’s career is marked by a passion for resolving infrastructure challenges through collaboration, communication, and change enablement.
Mr. Pesler's tenure at Woolpert, Inc. spans multiple roles over nearly 20 years. Most recently, as Director of EAM and IT Consulting, he has led the implementation of GIS-based asset management solutions, empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions about their infrastructure investments.
Previously, as Project Manager at Woolpert, Mr. Pesler spearheaded projects focused on developing applications and data analytics to enhance the efficiency of asset registers and improve the decision-making process for infrastructure owners. His earlier experience as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst saw him directing the creation of essential GIS services and data management systems.
Mr. Pesler holds a Master of Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University. He is certified as an Institute of Asset Management Endorsed Assessor and a professional City Planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners. Mr. Pesler is dedicated to leveraging the power of GIS to improve outcomes for asset owners and managers.
