Brent is a Director and leads Lucid’s national Asset Management team. He is focused on growing a highly capable team, moving fast to enable smarter decisions across technically complex asset environments. With broad experience across brownfield assets portfolios, he plays a key role in leading projects, bringing a sharp understanding of client drivers and a focus on clear, actionable outcomes across all levels of delivery.

Brent has worked across a broad range of sectors, with engineering and asset management experience spanning infrastructure, critical facilities, tertiary, health, defence and renewables. He is quick to understand client needs and enjoys leading clients along a journey from complexity to clarity, driving long-term asset value.
