Biography
Michael Lonsdale has over 40 years of senior engineering leadership across shipbuilding, marine asset acquisition, and vessel support programs. His expertise in systems engineering, technical governance, and asset management has contributed to effectively controlling both product and system design, integration, and commissioning activities.
In May 2016, Michael commenced leading the Serco Defence Asset Management System Project (ISO 55001). On 28th July 2017 following a formal stage 2 assessment conducted by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), confirmed Serco Defence had met the requirements of ISO 55001.
