Geoffrey incorporates the skills he has learnt over 22 years of working in project management, asset management, operating and maintaining assets in heavy industry to ground the work he now undertakes working with clients to improve all aspects of managing assets from a strategic level to tactical applications. His expertise includes strategic asset management, asset management plans, governance frameworks, condition assessments, maintenance management, auditing, business cases and financial modelling.
Geoffrey is passionate about engaging with teams to drive outcomes safely and efficiently through adherence to standards. Focusing on strategic asset management, Geoffrey undertakes projects and activities spanning authoring strategic artefacts, analysis of asset data, developing financial models, undertaking condition inspections and reviewing maintenance management. Geoffrey is experienced in training and mentoring staff, both technically and professionally. He continually looks for opportunities to transfer knowledge, encourage innovation and embrace the concept of ‘working smarter, not harder’, while always striving to maintain his core values of safety and quality to meet client needs.
