He’s a T-Shaped professional with deep experience across multiple industry sectors, collaborating with a diverse cross section of organisations (Board of Directors, Senior Management, and Practitioners), to resolve and develop abstract and complex ideas and challenges into clear strategies and actions, to achieve tangible outcomes. He is also recognised as an industry leader in design, development and delivery of fit for purpose Capacity Building programs, through competency based and other forms of training, facilitation and thought leadership workshops, to improve and enhance organisational engagement and inspire people-oriented organisational improvement pathways.
