New Zealand Defence Estate – Acting as Chief Engineer Rex has uplifted the Estate Asset Management Practice from a score of 1.21 in 2019 towards asset management competence in 2024 with a score of 2.28. Achieved by leading the improvement programme including the GIS based Asset Management Dashboard development
