Neil Hall is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CEng) with over 20 years of international experience in railway systems engineering, systems integration, and systems assurance. He has held senior technical and leadership roles across major metro, mainline, and heavy-haul programs worldwide. His expertise covers reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS), systems engineering and integration, and operations and maintenance. Neil’s current work focuses on advancing decarbonisation, automation, and digital engineering initiatives, applying data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to improve system performance, integration, and assurance.
