Adam Fricker is a senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in strategic asset management, procurement, and infrastructure delivery across telecommunications, energy, and public sectors. Currently the Manager, Strategic Assets at Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council (QPRC). Adam has led major transformation projects and developed frameworks that optimise cost, quality, and risk for asset-intensive organisations.

He is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA), holds an MBA from the Australian National University and executive education in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley. Adam is passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to improve operational performance and commercial outcomes by bringing everyone on the journey.
