Rachel Forte is a senior executive leader with extensive experience managing major property, asset and infrastructure portfolios across government and industry. As Acting General Manager of AIS Operations, she leads organisational strategies that strengthen asset performance, sustainability, and long-term value for the Australian Institute of Sport campus and high performance sport.
